We've compiled and applied insight and knowledge obtained through years of personal inquiry, design education, interior design psychology training, and professional experience into an Intentional Optimization Design Process (IODP) in support of my mission to deliver prevailing design value and to create the most optimal home environment specific to you. This process applies to each service.

Full Concierge Design Services: 

We will complete phases 1 of the IODP, then we will move on to the following: 

Tailored Design Concept Development  - Here is where the magic happens; the visual-ization, creation, and innovation, space planning, theme development, color story creation, product aesthetic, and design implementation takes place.

We provide anything you need to help you visualize the final design (3D renderings, furniture floor plans, sketches, product images, and materials)

Product Research and Sourcing  - We shop trade vendors, showrooms, and retail manufacturers for your furnishings fixtures, accessories, art, and finishes for your design. 

Custom Design Product Specifications - If necessary, we will design, specify and

coordinate the development of custom pieces.

Budget Allocation- We ensure restraint within your budget, always!!!

Storage - We organize the inspection of all product as they arrive and are stored safely until installation.

Installation - We oversee and coordinate delivery and placement in your home!

Design Strategy Consultation:

Perhaps you are ALMOST satisfied with the current state of your home, but could use direction and expert guidance in making significant improvements for you to take and run with. A very common concern - you would like to ensure that your new space is comfortable and nourishing for your children. Our strategy session will be from 2 to 4 hours.
